Still have unanswered questions and need to get in touch?
Certainly! Microsoft Teams’ secure guest access enables your organisation to collaborate with external partners and individuals by providing them access to your existing teams and channels within your tenants. This feature allows anyone with a business or consumer email account, such as Outlook or Gmail, to participate as a guest in Teams, granting them access to team chats, meetings, and shared files. Guest access is a configurable tenant-level setting in Microsoft Teams, initially disabled by default. However, once activated, team owners can seamlessly add and oversee guest participants through the web or desktop interfaces.
Microsoft Teams does not allow changing time zones within the application. In order to deploy those modifications to Microsoft Teams, you must modify the time zones in Office 365. After the modifications have been made, Microsoft Teams will automatically alter the time zones as necessary.
Differences exist between an on-premises deployment and Business Central online. Business Central is primarily optimised for online deployment, and while certain capabilities may run on premises under specific conditions, others may not be supported at all.

To ensure the complete Microsoft Teams experience, it’s essential for all users to be provisioned for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Office 365 Group creation. Currently, Teams does not support on-premises-only environments. If you are operating in a hybrid environment, Teams can be utilized, but with certain limitations.
In a hybrid environment:
Users must be assigned and enabled with SharePoint Online licenses to access OneDrive for Business storage within Office 365. While file sharing in Channels remains functional, users won’t be able to share files within Chats without OneDrive for Business storage in Office 365.
Users hosted on Exchange Online Dedicated – Legacy or Exchange on-premises systems need to be synchronized to Azure Active Directory for Office 365. They can create and join teams, manage channels, tabs, and bots, and utilize chat and calling features. On the other hand, users hosted on Exchange Online or Exchange Dedicated Next can take full advantage of all Teams features.
In documents like sales orders or purchase invoices, there are two key components: headers and lines. Each line within these documents is assigned a specific number by Business Central for identification purposes.
Consequently, you may come across a warning or error message indicating an issue with a particular line, say, line number 1000, for instance. By default, Business Central conceals these line numbers. To view them, you can personalize the current page and include the “Line No.” field.
To sign up for Business Central online, you must use a work or school email address; consumer email services or telecom provider addresses, such as outlook.com, hotmail.com, gmail.com, and others, are not supported. Attempting to sign up with a personal email address will result in a notification prompting the use of a work or school email address.
Alternative authentication methods can be utilised if you intend to deploy Business Central on-premises.
Internet access is necessary for the installation and activation of the latest releases of apps and services included in all Microsoft 365 subscription plans. If you’re an existing subscriber, there’s no need to reinstall or purchase another subscription.
Moreover, for Microsoft 365 plans, Internet access is essential for managing your subscription account, whether it’s for installing apps on different PCs or adjusting billing preferences. It’s also required for accessing documents stored on OneDrive, unless you’ve installed the OneDrive desktop app.
Regular Internet connections are recommended to ensure your Microsoft 365 stays up to date with automatic upgrades. Without connecting to the internet at least once every 31 days, your apps will switch to reduced functionality mode, allowing document viewing and printing but not editing or document creation. To reactivate your apps, a simple internet reconnection is all that’s needed.
For Office apps like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, an internet connection is not necessary because these apps are fully installed on your computer.
